How to add profile photo?

I found a few threads about this question, but they end with "never mind, I figured it out." But I haven't! Know how to add photos via Photobucket to posts, but can't even find a place to go to upload/link a PROFILE pic. Pls help! Thanks.

Think I figured it out. Wow, not an intuitive interface at all!
