We used to get a flushable litter too (made out of recycled paper). I liked it because it actually smelled good (had a slight perfume smell). But my cats would fling it around too so I had to go back to the regular clumping litter.

And having 4 cats, I've found that Fresh Step does the best job of keeping the smell under control.
