Well we have come back armed with antibiotics and probiotic paste. Plus he was wormed at the vet. Just 'attempted' to give him his first antibiotic. Most of it melted in his mouth and he was dribbling all over the place but hopefully at least some went down!

No temperature or obviously tender tummy so I guess it's mild whatever it is. I hope so. About to go hunt down some of his favourite junk food to entice him to eat
