First off, Khloe is adorable! Both of my cats also ballooned after they got fixed. It just makes them more lovable.
Littermaid makes a nice automatic litter box and they come in different sizes, as well as neat little attachments like a hood and little carpeted ramp. Also, I stopped free feeding my cats and switched them to twice a day and a measured amount of food. My cats are older so I just give them wet food only. I split 2 cans a day for the two of them. I got the measurements of food by a vet online. But, I'd recommend just double checking with your vet to make sure before hand. Both cats are now a much healthier weight and have a lot more energy and play like kittens again. Hope this helped, Unikorn

Cute cats! I used the Littermaid one for a while and it seemed messy to me. Eventually I started just using it like a regular litter box, but had to tape over part of the ramp (where it connects to the holding bin) as litter seemed to go all over. The replacement bins didn't seem to fit as well and allowed the litter to escape around it. That was coupled with the fact that my Siamese would charge out of the box as though released from a catapult and litter was always flung everywhere!
