Hi everyone,

I have grown up with kitties since I was child and have always been a cat lover. I have 2 cats, one of which is sick. I found this site hoping I could get insight from other cat owners and share stories.

Thank you, both. My kitty has been going through all kinds of health issues. It started when I took her to the vet for what was diagnosed as a UTI. After the treatment, the UTI seemed to go away, but she was still losing weight and not eating. Now the fur on her ears is falling out and they are turning scaly, but the tests confirm it is not ringworm. I have taken her to the vet over and over, but still no answers. I was told it could be IBD or Gastrointestinal Cancer, but they want to biopsy her stomach and intestines. It has been tough.

Mum, what is wrong with your kitty?

Welcome - I hope you get some resolution soon. I have posted on your other thread =- I think you are having a very raw deal from the vet.
