Hi to all,
I'm a happily married 44 year old with a nineteen year old son, two cats and a Doberman. I've been a constant cat owner all my life. Recently, though, I've taken on more than one cat for the first time. My cats are Rose (solid black with white locket) who is a year and a half old, and Pangur Ban (white with cream tabby spot on his head) who is about six months old. Needless to say we have a full and active house. I look forward to meeting forum members! |

Welcome! I'm also from Arizona and new to the forum.
I love your cats' names, especially Pangur Ban! Love the poem, too. It's neat that they are kind of yin-yang in appearance, too. Hope to hear more about them soon

Hello from the east coast! My husband has a twin brother in Mesa. We've toyed with the idea of moving out there. We have 6 indoor cats, 3 of them over 15 years old, next is Maddie at 9, Jack at 3 and I am fostering Nanna also 3. Nanna (my avatar pic) is here because the shelter that was caring for her could not get her adopted to the right family and she needs to be spayed. I volunteered to foster her and pay for getting her spayed. She's been with us a little over a week and seems to be VERY unhappy with all the others here (she continues to hide in one small area of the laundry room, although no one bothers her. I don't know if our family is the best fit for her. We'll see. Anyways, welcome to the forum and I hope to hear from you again soon! Marcia
