Anyone have a solution?

I'm going to be moving to a new house soon where they'll be a huge yard for my dogs to run and play in and tons of shade. Here's the problem, with such a nice yard for the dog, I want to install a doggy door so the dogs can come in and out as they please, but I don't want my cats to get outside. Putting the door up high enough that the cats can't get out it isn't an option as I have small dogs (Italian Greyhounds). I've looked at some different keyed doors, but it seems like when I read the details, they all will let anything out, but the animal has to have a key to get back in. That's simply not going to work, that means my cats can get out and if they loose their collar since I keep a break away on my cats, they won't be able to get back in, and I don't want them outside to begin with! I want to put in one that's a panel that fits into the sliding glass door, although if needs be, I can figure out a way to install a different type of doggy door if needs be.

My friend has two dogs and two cats, and she's had luck with this:

The "large" (which is probably better for a dog anyhow) controls both exit and entry.
