Great News!

You all know how Tinkerbell and Mellodie had kittens. 9 total. (Mel had 5 and Tink had 4) Well the lady who bought goats off of me said she was ALL the kittens. We made a deal with her...If she took more then 3 we would meet her half way because she is about 2 hours from us. She said she'd take them all. I can't believe. I'm so glad. And its such a relief. All I have to do is spay Tink, Mel, Cleoloe, and Buttercup when she comes of age...(She's the only kitten Im keeping.) I told mom from the beginning if Tink had a kitten that was tiger striped and fluffy like her reguardless of gender I was keeping it.

I have the phone number for the humane society. Mom is going to call them Monday morning and get information. I hope they will spay these guys. I could get 3 done for under 100$

It would be wise to spay your barn cats too, don't you think? There are organizations that will help with costs. Here's a list by state for the US and Canada:

Yes, but, don't they need to be spayed/neutereed and have veterinary care also?? They are living beings, too, who deserve proper care.

I'm sorry, I just don't understand why that makes a difference. Your barn cats should have veterinary care also. They are living, breathing animals. We have members who give veterinary care and neutering to the feral cats in the neighborhood. They care about them. I hope you'll reconsider.
