Multiple cat discounts

Does anybody receive one from their vet? If so, how much and for how many cats? I think that even if you only have two cats, you should receive some kind of discount. Maybe that's just me.

I wish! I asked my vet here in LA, but nope, if you bring your two cats together they charge you two visits ($46 per cat, it hurts). Apparently most vets don't even give you a discount if you bring in rescued kittens...

I just talked to my vet's Office Manager - if you have four cats, you get 10% off everything.

Mine doesn't either.... my last vet visit was $400 for the exams, three vaccines each, both FIV/FeLV snap tests, some Revolution, and a "sanitary triim" for Misty.

However, reading about your recent problems has made me appreciate having a vet that (at the moment) I trust, so I guess it's a fair trade-off.

I did just find out that the vet I like doesn't do any type of surgery or dental work, so I would have been stuck with Cruela DaVet anyways.

Is that all the time, or only if you bring them in together? My vet will give a discount for 3 or more...but only if they come in for check up and vaccines at the same time. And it was like $5 off the office visit for each...not worth it to drag all 3 at once for me.

I get 10% off too. I thought it was only if I brought more than one together, but last time someone went alone...geez I can't even remember which one (now that's a sign of too many cats!) and he still gave me the discount. I noticed that it depends on which vet though, the few times I had no choice but to send someone else, I didn't get the discount. My vet adds it all with a calculator and then discounts the total right there in front of you. He's awesome!
