Cat tents

Look what I got tonight - $5 each - from Craigslist! I got two blue ones, new in the bag, still sealed.

They're from Ikea originally. I barely got it put together when Cleo jumped in. She likes it!

Of course, I then found out they're only $6.99 at Ikea. But, I've been there once and I'll never return. Too busy, wild kids running all over, couldn't get any help. I hate shopping, I hate malls, I hate trying to park. This woman was two blocks from my grocery store, where I was headed after work anyway. Win, win.

Very cute , I think another member on this board has one too. I'm glad she likes it. How does Cinderella like it? Baby would never sleep in a cat bed, we tried one time.

I don't think it's meant as a bed. It's nylon and I have to say it's actually bigger than I thought. I threw a mouse inside and Cleo hasn't come out yet. She was going nuts with the mouse. I think she likes the sound the nylon makes. She has a new home (and hiding place from Cinderella).

I haven't opened up the other one yet.

I don't think she's coming out anytime soon.

Oh, ok, it looks like a cat bed though. Are you going to open up the other one for Cinderella?

Oh, I'm sure Cleo will sleep in it.

I'll have to make a space for the other one somewhere. I'll see how Cinderella reacts to this one. She's never used anything I've bought for her except the cat condo, and she hardly ever sleeps in the little cubby on top of that anymore. She hangs out in the two cat carriers, shockingly enough. They're stacked one on top of the other, so she has a little 2-story condo.

Okay. Here I am at 12:15 a.m. logging back on and eating my words. Hope there's not too many carbs.

She likes it!

I had to open the other one. Des will be pleased. She likes both of them. A princess must, of course, sit in one's tent properly, like a lady.

We have several things like that. Several of them hook together, and my kids love them. They run through thru the tunnel they make, they sleep in them, etc.

In fact, I have 2 upstairs, and 3 in the basement

That's great they liked them right away! Rookie is like Baby . . . nothing like that even sparks her interest. We've tried about 6 different cat beds, and I always end up giving them away because she won't come near them.

Those are great. I'm glad Cinderella likes them too.
For some reason, the balls inside of something like that are irresistable. The kittens LOVE to play with the ball inside that kitty wheel thing I have and it's nylon too.
