Wild new kitty game! Bathtub soccer!

Does your kitty like to scamper in and out of the (empty) bathtub as part of his/her 'crazy kitty' circuit of the house?

Gracie and I just invented a wild new game! She was in the empty tub with that over-the-shoulder "play with me" look, and I tossed in one of her mylar pompoms....

WOW! The more she and I bopped it around, the more that pompom went crazy, up the sides, all around - but of course the sides of the tub kept the pompom from getting away from her completely. She'd chase it round and round, and then I would restart it if she stopped. Then she jumped out just so she could jump back in and ambush it when it came by her again! When she got tired she flopped over onto the cool porcelain and played with one paw....

Reyna and Bosco chase each other all over the house we call it "zoomies". They just thunder all over the townhouse and they used to have a great time jumping in and out of the tub and attacking each other through the shower curtain. Well that quickly came to and end when I had filled the tub up to bath Drifter and forget to tell them. To big splashes, some very unpleasent noises and then wet cats came streaking down the stairs. They now stay clear from the bathtub unless the shower curtain is open and they give it a good checking lol.

Reyna used to sleep in the tub as well but that also came to an end when I turned the shower on and didn't bother checking behind the curtain to see if she was there.

Sounds like a fun game Fran! Too bad both kitties are too scared of the tub now to try it.
