Freeway the joys of an ex stray

After we had Freeway neutered he went on the missing list .... this has been his usual behaviour and I suppose he felt the need to sow his last wild oat .. which couldnt have been to wild considering he had been neutered.

He sauntered in last night , and as usual ducked out of the cat flap... I called him and he must have remebered that life was good while he was confined ... and I think he has now settled down in true house cat style ...... he is wandering all over the house and being very loving ...I notice his tail swishes back and forth a lot so I imagine he is still very nervous ...

No problems with my other cats either .. so now its just a matter of time...

he is a really sweet boy kitty

Carol, I think that you are going to have to change your signature because it sounds like Freeway isn't a wanna be housecat anymore .

I'm so glad he's home! You'll have to have a talk with the rest of the kits!

Its amazing how his personality has changed .. since his equipment has been removed ....

Any male cats that I have had I have neutered at 6 months so this is the first " adult male" I have had done.

Makes one wonder doesnt it ???

Since reading your comment about neutering adult vs kitten...I've thought about our cats and I think some of our most affectionate males have been ones we neutered as adults. I do find they make GREAT housecats after they've been retired from tomcat status.
