Vibes for Lucy's neuter

Lucy is off to be neutered tomorrow at 8:40am she is taken in, so wish her the best of luck. My little tiny cat. So worried about her she doesn't weigh much more than 2.5kg and look more than 6 months, hope she is OK.

Get well soon, Lucy! She is really beautiful.....that black on her nose is really striking.

She should be home same day. You phone at around 2pm then go and get her!! I'll soooo not be a nice person to be around tomorrow. I'll be irritable and distracted. I worry about them in the vets I know its routine and they can do the operation in their sleep but its MY baby.

She isn't allowed to eat from 7 tonight so I'll be Mummy meanie in the morning as the rest get breakfast and she doesn't. But its for the good of everyone she is spayed. Just not my nerves!

I'm sure that Lucy will be fine tomorrow, although I understand your worry. Good thoughts coming your way to help you both get through the day.

If one of ours has to stay overnight at the vets (not often) we put an old tee shirt or sweater that we've worn into the carrier so they have something homely to smell when we aren't there with them.

My twins were spayed when they were 10 weeks old and just barely 2 lbs. They were running around like maniacs that same evening. But they were at their foster home, I didn't pick them up until two days later, and I was still freaking out with worry.

I'm sure she'll be fine. She's gorgeous, by the way.
