in need of some assistance

I bought the CitiKitty about a week ago, http://www.citikitty.com/index.htm and 3 of 4 are using it.
Well, they all use it, but not all the time. One of them (and I think I have a good idea of which one) will just pee, or poo on the floor next to the toilet if it is too full for her I guess. I scoop it every chance I get. It usually happens in the morning, or when I come home from work. I find a mess on the floor. I am going to break away the center today, I am hoping that helps some what. And I have also had to switch to the flushable litter, I know that has some affect on them wanting to use it. Just wondering if there is anything I can do to get her to use it IN the CitiKitty?
Thanks

If one of the kitties isn't using it I would put out a regular litterbox next to the toilet. Maybe they will eventually get used to using the new fangled thing if they can do it on their own schedule?

Sam (R.B. kitty) used the toilet on his own, with no training or prompting. But he only used it if his littlerbox was too full. He'd use the toilet and then tell me to clean his litterbox.
The position he had to get into to use the toilet seemed pretty awkward.
