Stressful vet visit

What a day! I had my three scheduled fro the vet today and it took 3 hours! Coming out of it i'v learned a few things:

1. Dora is a boy...which if I had checked since he was 3 weeks old I would have known! I need a new name. Any suggestions?

2. Torri has a infection. The vet says most likely a uterus infection. They took blood for bloodwork and I'll get the results tomorrow, but that's what's most likely. Apparently the only way to fix it is to get her spayed, soon. Well I wanted to do it soon anyways.

3. Jitzu is a tiger in a catsuit. They couldn't get any bloodwork from her, didn't check her teeth, couldn't weigh her...*sighs*

4. All three probably have worms...great. Parasites...

Overall I guess it could be worse. None of them are seriously ill, it's fixable...but it cost more than I thought. I mostly just needed to vent.

Also any help with names for Dora? I have no ideas, but since he comes to Dora it needs to be similar. Help???

So here's what he looks like:

Sounds like fun. >.< Perhaps they might be able to give Jitzi a seditive next time so they can check her over as well. They'll need to sooner or later for future vet visits unless she calms down.

What about
Darian
Dario
Doyle
Doran
Dugan?

You might want to just stick with Dora. We had the same thing happen with our Gracie, and no other name seemed to fit him.

I actually did get a sedative...problem was by the time they got to the bloodwork/injection part it had mostly worn off because i couldn't get the entire dose down her.

They were doing the bloodwork to see if there was a medical reason for her picky stomach. I'm just going to get it done when I get her spayed. I had to mix the sedative with catmilk and she ate about half of it.

As for Dora...my bf says we need to change the name, lol. He says he can't have a boy named Dora. I kinda still like it though...we'll see.

How about Toro? It is sort of similar to Dora, but certainly masculine enough for any man.

Oral seditive? Hmm, I've only every seen injected seditives and the vets did it at the start of the exam on the animal.

How about.....DORAN

Gender: Masculine

Usage: Irish

From an Irish surname which was derived from Ó Deoradháin meaning "descendent of Deoradhán". The name Deoradhán means "exile" or "wanderer" in Gaelic.
