Baby Kitten urinating out of control..

We just got back from a trip. We found a abandon baby kitten near my wife's cousin's house.. no sign of the mother and she was meowing like crazy.. She didn't walk too well and fell down every few seconds.. It looked like if we didn't take her, she would've died soon.. Based on her size, she's probably 5 weeks old.. maybe even less. We bought some cat food and fed her. Then we took her on our trip back to Florida. Initially she wouldn't urinate or do #2 at all.. However, when we stopped for gas and food almost back home, we left her for 10 minutes in the car and when we came back, there was a big wet spot on the drivers seat.. Well, we didn't think too much about it as we didn't have a litter box in the car.... We went back home and fed her.. It seems that getting some food recovered her forces and she was able to walk a lot better.. Still a little weak but better.. Shortly after we got home, she did #2. Today, she did #2 a few times and permanently urinated, leaving her whole back very wet.. It's almost like she didn't stop urinating since she started a day ago.. Her back parts are permanently wet and it smells like urin and is transparent.. I was thinking that maybe she has a urinary infection? Other than that wet rear, she is acting better and better.. She is now running around, meowing, eating and drinking good.. but we are worry about her almost consistently leaking urine.. The Vet is closed for today and tomorrow, so we could only take her to a Vet on Monday.. Is there anything that we can do to stop the urinating? What could cause that?
BTW - here is a pic of the kitten..

She's very cute!
Mix some water in with the canned food to help hydrate her.
She might have a urinary tract infection. I'm sure others will chime in with more expert opinions.
