Soft Paws

because we are against declawing out kitties just have a blast around the house, despite water spraying, squirty, suden rushes at them, compressed hair can, they still get a kick out of it, infact one of their absolut favorite ass times is to see who can latch the heighest on the door frames.... yep, so far we are looking at around 5ft, so far i havnt checked recently but yea.

anyway what are your opinions of soft paws? I want the good, bad and ugly.

Re: Soft Paws

I never tried them, but I think they offer a good, if high-maintenance, solution.
To me, a better and more permanent solution is to teach the cats where they can and can't scratch. Cats are very intelligent, and learn quickly once you learn how to relate to them.
Teaching a cat is definitely a two-way street.
You will learn about your cat, as you teach.
