Introducing male kitten to 2 adult females.

Hello, recently there has been a baby kitten coming to my door. I found out its my neighbors, they arnt the best parents for it. Its out way too late at night it cries like crazy. I started putting out some food and water for it and it loves hanging around with me outside. Anyway I talked to the neighbor and she asked me if i wanted to take it to leave with me. I am just not to sure about my 2 6 year old females and how they will re act to a little male like this. Also one of my cats has a huge attitude problem always beating on my other cat and wont let most people pet her without hissing/scratching. The cats have been seeing eachother through our screen door and my "meaner" cat has been hissing at it then it will run off and go hiss at my other "less mean" cat. Is it wrong to take it in, will it be really complicated with getting them to be able to live together. Oh and also this kitten isnt even fixed yet (another reason why I want to take it and not have a unfixed cat running around getting others pregnant) so that maybe would make the cats react worse? Any help would be wonderful thanks!

It takes time, a lot of time and "kitty boot camp"

The last time people tried to elimate free roaming cats it resulted in The Black Plague.
