Question Identifying Kittens

What type of Siamese Himalayan kittens are these? The mother is Siamese, and the father is Himalayan (so it says). I found these pictures on eBay classifieds; they are for sale for $160 (rehoming fee), and I was thinking about buying one.

Sounds like a backyard breeder to me. Please don't support that.

It looks like the mother (from the picture) is Siamese and the father Himalayan which makes them a mix of the two. They certainly are cute and I could see how you would be tempted.

I bet if you searched local shelters you could find one with the looks that you want for less money and saving a life (and not supporting a bad backyard breeder).

I would also be careful with buying himalayan or himalayan crosses from BYB as Polycystic Kidney disease is a major health problem with Himmies and you can be sure that a BYB would never test for that (DNA testing). I'm sure you would find a similar looking kitty at your local shelter or if you have a siamese rescue in your area!

I contacted the owner and asked if they are a breeder, and they said they are not.

So they're charging $160 each for an oops litter? Please find other kittens.
