Questions about my Omega Roll and Clean Litter Box

I just got my new litterbox and filled it and went to show my boys how you roll it, but the littler all went into the scoop department and then spilled on the floor when I went to turn it back over. What am I doing wrong? I rolled it all the way to its side and then back to just slightly in the other direction past flat? I got the regular size and I think it'll be fine, at least until my kittens are full-grown. Then might need to become their secondary box, but for right now, it's just about as big as the covered box I was using. Sure hope the kitties like it and I can figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Just in case anyone else ever gets one and has the issue, just thought I'd let you know the solution I came to. I had the grate in backwards or upside down, sometime like that. Anyhow, once fixed it works wonderful!! LOVE IT!!

Glad you got it sorted. I was just about to suggest you check the assembly. I did the same thing at first!
