"Kitty Mansions" cat trees

I've been hesitating between Armarkat and Kitty Mansions, both are at the same price level but I don't know about quality? I'm especially concerned with stability because Prince likes the tallest perches and he's very heavy (abt 16lbs). Also sturdiness.

Anyone here has any experience with Kitty Mansions? I liked their "Kitty Mansions Manhattan Cat Tree" on Amazon.

His Highness Cuchi-Cuchi, next in line for the throne of Prince von Meouw.

Looks like a decent size base, which will factor into handling a big cat.

We have a custom made cat tree from a small business here outside Chicago, and our two Bengals (combined weight of 23lbs) can run and play on it with no problems. We do have a smaller one that tends to wobble though, base isn't big enough.
