Kitten survives 180-mile ride under Corvette hood

I'm so scared of stories like this because these can end BADLY. Thankfully though, that cutie of a kitten did survive. I would love to adopt her either way

Very pretty colouring. She still appears to be a bit traumatised. It may have been the trip, or she could be missing her family. I do hope she finds a good home.

Wow, that cat was very lucky. The Corvette in the picture is a base model, which has the battery under the hood. That has to be where the cat was laying, since it's the only place that won't get ridiculously hot very quickly (though it does get **** hot). The Z06 and ZR1 models both have the battery in the trunk because the dry sump sits where the battery would be. If it had been a Z06 or ZR1 he wouldn't have survived. Hopefully someone local will see the article and give him a loving home for the rest of his days.
