clean litterbox & run sweeper...again...

I feel like that is all I get done doing! I clean their litterboxes several times a day--3 litterboxes--blah! I also have to run the sweeper constantly--they seem to leave furballs all over the carpet and it drives me crazy. I sweep, they play, fur everywhere!! Also, Kitty thinks he is digging to China when he goes potty--he must "peel out" in the litterbox because it flys all over the floor. I love my babies, but they keep me busy!! Anyone else have this problem?

hehe...I do. I have four cats and live in an apt. I have one HUGE litterbox for all of them. I had another but for some GROSS reason the dog likes to get into the litter. So, I am constantly cleaning it out. And what is wierd, all the cats seem to know when I am cleaning out the box and they wait in line for me to finish so they can dirty it all over again. But one cat will "bury" it FOREVER and she gets litter everywhere. I got a rubber door mat and placed it right in front of the box so it catches most of the litter and once a week just take it outside and beat the mat. You can also get a litter guard. It just makes the box higher. Try that. hope it helps.
