A cat's eye

When a cat has an eye that looks like there are "strands" that spread over the lens of the eye and "reach" out to a cloudy film on cornea (cataract maybe) of the eye what exactly is that "condition" called?

Thanks

Just the fact that there is a cloudy film would tell me you might want to take your cat to the vet. Hopefully it's an easy fix. Fingers are crossed here.

Good luck!
