Unwanted Cat/Dog Food Coupons

I confess I am 23 and clip coupons every Sunday.... !!

Anyway it just dawned on me that I am sometimes throwing away cat/dog food coupons because I dont feed my cats certain foods, and I dont have dogs. But others could use them. So here is a list of some coupons I have at the moment that I won't use, I will mail them free to whoever has a need for them.

Cats -

(4) Nature's Recipe dry coupons, all are for $3.00 off ANY one bag of Natures Recipe cat formulas, ALL expire 9/19/04 so please respond fast if you want these. If I get multi responses I will give one to each person, to be fair.

(1) Nature's Recipe canned coupon, good for $1.00 off any 4 5.5 oz. cans of Nature's Recipe canned cat formula, also expires 9/19/04.

(1) Iams dry cat food coupon, good for $2.00 off a 4lb or larger bag OR 2 24oz. bags of dry cat food, expires 10-31-04

Dogs -

(1) Iams dry dog food coupon, good for $2.00 off an 8lb or larger OR 2 4lb. bags of Iams dry dog food, expires 10/31/04.

(1) Natures Recipe coupon, good for $3.00 off any one bag of dry dog formula, expires 9/19/04

(1) Nature's Recipe canned coupon, good for $1.00 off any 3 13.2oz cans of dog formula, expires 9/19/04

If you have leftovers, consider donating them to your local shelter. Better still, if you happen to be feeling rich this month, buy the food using the coupon and donate it!

I sometimes get things for free with my coupons (using them at a store that doubles or triples them) and save those things up until I get a nice little pile to take to the shelter. For example, this week I get a box of Purina dog food for free!

I do end up with more coupons for things I would have to pay for though....those are the ones I don't use and was throwing away. I have never thought to ask if the shelters could accept the coupons themselves. I will check on that!
