Butch stinks!

I dont know what he has done.
He is 1 year and 2months old, nutered male.
He has never had a problem smelling before, I dont know if he was rolled in something or what, but he has come home and absolutly stinks. I cant bare him to sit next to me, I tried cleaning him down with a very damp towel but it didnt work....
I know what I can see coming, im gonna have to bath him (oh joy!)
There is something I must do, does anyone have any ideas besides trying to bath a huge male cat who has never had a bath in his life?
I dont know what else to do, he stinks!

You guys don't have skunks in England, right?

My best advice is wear something to protect your arms and make sure you have some help.

No we dont have skunks.

My bf thinks he rolled in fox poop. my bf use to go rabbiting a lot, so he knows the smells, and he use to live in the countryside.

Anyway I gave him a bath in the end.....
It wasnt actually that bad, he dived out of it a lot, the bathroom fllor got a wash, annnnd this is the most impressive part-

I didnt get one scratch on me! not one!!

I see those eyes of envy at how lucky I was lol
I took some pics coz I doubt he will be bathed again unless absolutly neccessery. ill post them later.

Jeez you are lucky. Elly's probably half the size of Butch and she sure tore up my arms the other week.
