Your Thoughts When Cleaning the Litterbox?

This is what I can be heard saying/thinking when scooping the poop:

I don't need any help, thank you!!! (Remember, I have five kittens trying to help).

Get out of there!!! (Same five kittens have the need to use box at that moment)

Get off my back!!! (Evil Twins tend to ride me while I scoop)

Leave me alone!!!!

Jesus, what did you people eat!?!?

Things my wife says/thinks:

You are nasty kitties!!!

Oh my God, I'm gonna vomit!!!

Home litterbox is a breeze, especially now that Assumpta's on wet food. Usually, I'm talking to her...calling her "sandbox-paws" and telling her what a wonderful pooper she is...she just sits there and looks at me with her head tilted, like "Yeah...who's in charge here? I poop, you clean it up."

At the shelter, I'm usually looking for anything abnormal like mucus, worm segments, blood, inordinate amounts of wet litter, stuff like that...so there's not really much going on in my head, except when I'm asking the cats which one of them has the diarrhea.

I must be blessed, because I have four cats, three litterboxes, and no odor! In fact, there's often a pleasent smell, as it's "fresh scent" litter I scoop it every day. The rabbits on the other hand...

They can't use clumping litter 'cause it's bad for them, so we do newspaper and change it frequently. Their urine is so acrid! *uck*

That's heard over here too. Also heard:

- Hold just a second, just a SECOND!! Almost done scooping.....
- Good kitty, that's a very good poop/pee. Thank you for doing it right in front of me (actually I am).

I'm just happy to scoop the boxes and know that they're all using them properly, and the poops are well-formed. If I don't count the right amount of poops/clumps for the day, I start worrying.

his poor little butt must be really hurting after all this pooping!
