Typical Thomas

I just wanted to post a quick note.

This morning, for the second morning in a row, Kitty threw up after eating for a few minutes. I'm not sure if it's a hairball or not, but I stuck some hairball remedy on her leg and let the fun begin.

She shook it off twice, but the third time I really smeared it in. Of course, she was sitting there pretending to ignore it when along came Thomas. And in typical Thomas fashion, did the unexpected, which in this case was to help out and eat the goo off Kitty's leg. Somehow, I don't think it's going to help her hairballs!

I usually just let them lick it off my finger. It's not so messy. Once when Tom wouldn't do that, I opened his mouth and stuck a glop of it on his tongue. That worked pretty good, too.

I loved this story.

Sabby adores laxatone and will lick it straight out of the tube!

Kitty won't eat it when she doesn't feel good...only when she's doesn't need it. The only option is the leg And opening her mouth manually is not an option, she just won't do it.

Hopefully she'll just pass it naturally.

If not, I'll put more on her...which Thomas can then eat off.

hahah Funny stuff. I just was having some hairball problems too that the hairball treats weren't working. I got the Tube squeeze stuff. My mom didn't know what to do with it EVEN THOUGH I told her to put it on her finger. She just squeezed some out in Kilala's food dish. He was NOT happy. So he pawed it out and wiped it ALL over her white bathroom area rug. NOT a happy mom. Then I showed her how to just sqeeze some on the finger and he licks it right off.

For some reason he won't eat wet food out of his bowl either it's like he thinks he bowl is only for dry.
