What kind of kitten is this exactly?

Hi all,

I was wondering what kind of kitten this is. http://tinypic.com/21qul1

I want to find one exactly like it, same fur, eye color and everything but I don't know what they are called. If anyone could tell me the name or find some pictures of a kitten that looks just like that one, I would REALLY appreciate it!

Thanks in advance

OH how sweet!! I didn't know Amy Lee had a cat! That one looks like just a regular old Domestic Short Hair. No specific breeding, and there is nothing wrong with that! You'll have to look around to find one EXACTLY like it... try shelters, they always have kittens I love the colour, it's almost like a DARK grey, not quite black. VERY cute!

Grey domestic shorthair with green eyes. Do a search on petfinder - you should be able to find one.

They're quite common at the shelter I visit... I'm always a sucker for those grey ones, I'm surprised I haven't taken one home yet.

good luck.

HAHA icklemiss21, I know that shelter. It's in my favourites. I have a rotation of animal shelters within pretty much 3 hours of me, that I like to check out the websites for, just incase, one day... i don't know really, but we all like to dream.

I'm actually in LOVE with this girl from that shelter. She makes me wish I had room for one more SOOOO bad!!!

*sorry to hijack the thread, back to you're scheduled programming*

You could be right about it being a russian blue, or maybe a mix of one.
The fur is a little darker and longer but the eyes are almost the same.
The green eyes are beautiful!!

that is an adorable kitty vanilla! GET IT!! I am sorry I couldn't resist

Emma... he was adopted in like a day... he was sooo cute. I went to Petsmart (thats where the shelter hold their adoption days) just to see Harry (the big chunky one) and he was being put in a carrier when I got there. The others are still there though But they adopted out 5 cats which is good!

Benny (the one on the persons shoulder) is hilarious, he spent the whole day showing off for people and no one took him home

And VanillaSugar... Willey is a doll but she wasn't at the adoption day thingy... I love animal aid too, its one of my favourites. At least you are a few hours away... this place is 5 mins from me, I pass it every day... can you imagine what I am like for wanting to take one home!
