Litter Locker Refills

I've been using the litter locker for a while now and I love it. I usually buy the refills on PetSmart.com (free shipping), but that still adds up.

Is there any place to get them cheaper, maybe even in bulk?

Thanks

Does it have to use a specific refill? I was thinking maybe those diaper genie refills might work...but I don't know if they would be the right size.

I just started using the LitterLocker and yes I love it. But, am I doing something wrong - because the first refill only lasted me about a week and a half. I scoop about 3 times a day and have 2 cats - so maybe that's why. Love this thing but if I have to buy a refill every week, may be too expensive.

sassy are you only turning once when you scoop and how much are you adding before you turn?

Mine lasts about that long with 4 cats!

My local petshop sells them so i just get them there.

Litter Locker is a pretty cool contraption. I don't have one right now, but my brother does... I'll probably make the investment soon.

Check Des' link to see what it is.

Oh I see......Just like a Diaper Genie.
But.....what happens as far as odor when you re-open it to add some more scoopings into it?
Does the odor come up and make you pass out?

In fact.....You could also use a DIpare Genie for the exact purpose...
Man, I used to have one and I gave it away...

It has 6 layers of plastic that make up the bag and once you turn it it pretty much does lock up the smell which is good.
