My kitties prefer bottled spring water

I was worried abuot how little they were drinking. I tried pouring Poland Spring into their water bowl and suddenly they are drinking it all. Interesting. Maybe it's the chlorine taste in the tap water they hated.

Mine seem to like water alot more now they have a fountain with filter, I guess it gets rid of the chlorine taste!

Quite a few people on here use bottled water for their cats!

Im thinking of getting a fountain for my cat cos if you see my photo gallery you will see that my cat drinks straight from the tap which is rather annoying as i think he prefers to drink moving water rather then still water from the bowl. Do you think fountains are worth it?

Mine used to do that alot, but its expensive to leave a tap dripping for them
I would rather spend the $40 on a fountain!

I was going to say! I know a few people with dripping-tap cats, water bill might be a little high to always leave it on

I'm lucky, my cats perfer to drink out of regular drinking cups... like human ones. :S

I have an undersink filter, and my cats get filtered water. I think you're right on about the chlorine. Cats are very sensitive to how their water tastes.
