those outside cat jungles....

hi guys.

i recently got for free an large cat jungle thing, for the girls to play in.

its got a floor that slides out and a couple of floors for them to climb on and do thier thing..

my questions are

any one else have them? what are your thoughts?

how long should i let the cats go in them a day? all day? a few hours. or varied? what abotu in australian winter... how long should they be outside for ?

i might. when i can afford to get another one and get a ramp between the too. exploring the play area.

thanks guys

I think they are great. I don't know the weather in your area, so I don't know how long they should be out.

Even when cats are in one of those things when they are outside they should still be periodically supervised. Kids can open those things and try to pet those cats.

My cats LOVE grass, so I would imagine that it would be better to be placed unto grass.

As long as there is lots of fresh water and a nice shady area...I dont see why they cant be in it as long as they would like.

I like your idea of two with a ramp. The one you show in the pics doesn't look like it gives much opportunity for moving around. But it's a good way to make sure they're safe and sound outside. Are they sheltered from the weather where they are?
