Right on, Jackie! I get really upset when I hear about irresponsible breeders. It's infuriating. The animal's health should be of first priority. If they thought it would make money, there are people who would try to duplicate this defect by breeding this kitten and then charging thousands for any resulting kittens with the defect.

I saw that over the weekend. So sad indeed. However, I just wonder if it is not so much the breeding procedure as it is the fact that the two embryos did not separate properly. But then, I am far from a geneticist/biologist.
