Feeding Strays

Soon the winter will be upon us and there are a few strays in the neighboorhood. I've been living in this house for little over a year and have been seeing the same three. When my kitty (JoJo) was missing last winter I nearly went nuts with grief. I feel sorry for the strays. If I call animal welfare they will be disposed of it not adopted within a few weeks. I guess my question is how do I help these strays.

If you can, one by one could be spayed or neutered. This link lists low cost clinics by state.

Also, if you enter this in Google, you will get pages of free clinics in your state.

Free spay and neuter in (your state).

alleycatallies.com is a great resource for strays and ferals. I wish you the very best. Please let us know if you have success.
