Hooray

Micky and Garfield went to their new forever home today. They are a couple of old timers that were at the shelter. I'd sponsored half their adoption fee to make them 'more adoptable', but I was acutally losing hope for them, and I just don't have any more room. But, I found out today that they were adopted and finally got to go home. Me so happy

That's great news! That was very nice of you to pay for half of the adoption fee.

Congrats!!!

They are beautiful!!! I don't see why anyone wouldn't fall in love with them!

I know that if I were looking to get two cats, I would try my best to find a bonded, older pair. But that's just me! I'm a sucker for the adult cats.....

I got a little jolt when I saw them, I also have orange and buff furrballs. I really hope they're happy.

That's great! They are a handsome pair with many good years left. Wonderful that you helped them, Mike!

That is a great story with a happy ending. I adopted my boys separately when they were 7 and 5. Older cats are the BEST. I would love to get #3, just building up the courage.
