ways to help hurricane Katrina animal rescue

crossposted

KatrinaPetsNeedHelp.com, an all-in-one site providing links to over four dozen animal rescue organizations so people can make donations, send supplies, sign up to volunteer, sign up to foster pets, contact media groups and govt officials, etc. We've consolidated everything into one site to make it as user-friendly as possible.

Also the KatrinaPetsNeedHelp.com Donation Shop!! (The link is below.) 100% of the profits from items sold will be donated to Pasado's Safe Haven, an animal rescue group that has been working tirelessly to help save Katrina pets. This organization was chosen based on the results of an online poll (http://snappoll.com/poll/33518.php),

I know I'm not a mod but I thought it would be nice to give them some help.

Here's a link- a slide show showing some of the animal rescue efforts taking place after hurricane Katrina. You know, I don't think any of the animals shown would care how many threads there are, as long as their story is told and they get the help they so desperately need.

CatLover, thanks for posting the links to our current threads. I will lock this duplicate one.

We are all aware that there is a great tragedy unfolding, so we try to keep all the info in one place to ensure no one misses it. To make this an enjoyable place, please treat all members with respect, and follow the rules on this forum. Thank you.
