Us old fogeys

Last year, Turvy Demeter was diagnosed with arthritis in her hips. So, I made a few modifications, like surrounding her litterbox with carpet covered wedge type ramps, and made some tunnel ramps out of these huge cardboard cores we get at work, with carpet runners up the middle so she can walk up to her favorite places instead of having to jump. I also gave her a heating pad wrapped in a towel on her table in the sunroom.......

Well now, the doctor tells me that all the pain is not the wrong shoes or insoles, its arthritis in my ankles. So now......

Me and Turvy Demeter, SHARING the heating pad....

Cats make wonderful heating pads. Even without the electrical assist.

ooo sexy leg! lol
Cute pic!! Today at PetSmart I saw this new orthopedic dog bed with heat and massage (vibration). My back was killing me and it was all I could do to not open it up and give it a try! LOL
