Cruise up and down the aisles at an arts & crafts store and just let your imagination take flight. Lots of things you can do with raffia, ribbens, feathers, fake fur, crepe paper, ... etc. etc. etc. ....

Guidelines on what to use and how to use it: be cautious of things that can be ripped apart and swallowed. Always supervise and monitor play until you're sure the toy you made can't cause harm.

Have fun!!

Simple. boxes that things come in. Plastic bands that hold milk caps on. Paper clips. Jewelry that happens to be lying on top of your bureau. Rubber bands you forgot to throw away. NO, these are not exactly acceptable cat toys, but these are the things MY 4 decide to constantly steal and play with day after day, regardless of the $2,000 worth of REAL cat toys in their "toy corner" that they ignore from day to day. Another thing they love is (besides "whatever falls on the floor") is the caps from my insulin syringes. There must be at least 100 of those batted underneath my stove, refrigerator, couch, bureaus, etc.
