honeysuckle for cats

I was in a gift shop on the weekend that had a corner full of "things" for cat and dog lovers. I found some honeysuckle branches for cats ! They are about an inch thick and 5 inches long (bark peeled off).

The card attached reads:
The type of honeysuckle that cats are attracted to grows predominantly in Western Canada...
Honeysuckle is well suited to older cats and those who do not react well to catnip....
Honeysuckle will provide your pet with hours of pleasure by making him sniff, lick, drool, roll, hug, rub and play with this scented wood...

And it works ! The boys have been rolling and hugging and chewing at it !
Anyone else ever heard of this ?

It's really the cats' house, we just pay the rent.

I've bought honeysuckle toys for my cats in the past and they've always gone nuts for them.

Our cats love honeysuckle, a friend introduced it to them a couple years ago.

Nya only likes honeysuckle, she doesn't like catnip at all! And Buddy seems to prefer honeysuckle to catnip

I've looked around at the major pet retailor stores and they don't carry anything honeysuckle.

We don't have any other stores besides the big stores around here.

Anyone know of a website that carries these products?

Wow, this is the first time I've heard of honeysuckle. I have to try it with my cat, she ignores catnip.
