Doesn't seem possible to me. But who knows. Maybe they inflated it a little to make the news.

I'm a little disturbed by this kid putting the cat in the fridge.....
I don't have kids, so maybe I'm way off base but wouldn't a 4yr old remember he put the cat in a fridge once everyone noticed it was missing? I'm sure they looked for the cat!

probably not

naw a 4yo would probably forget or not say anything if he thought hed be in trouble. at 4yo a kid doesnt think "oh mom and dad are looking for the cat. i know where it is!" they are thinking "well mom and dad know everything so if they think coyotes ate it, then thats what happened." also, im sure the family didnt realize for a couple days, maybe even weeks since it was outside and on a farm, that the cat was missing. by then the kid wouldve forgot hiding the cat.

What's the update on this? I emailed the news director of that TV station for an update over a week ago and haven't heard diddly back.

How about some more of you contact that station for more info? Let's see what we can find out.
