Any suggestions....

on what is the best thing to take out the smell of cat spray? Bandit, who is about 7 months old now has begun to spray. I have been trying to find a place that could help neuter him cheaper. I'm kind of tight on funds this time of year, not to mention time. I am having guests over this weekend, and I was wondering if there is anything I can use to cover up the smell until I can get him neutered?

Thanks a lot!

There's a wonderful product called Natures Miracle. They make a "Just for Cats" formula that removes the urine on an enzymatic level. Best stuff out there

I've seen Nature's Miracle at Petsmart, I think...call ahead to make sure.

www.spayusa.org will direct you to a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in your area.

PetSmart and Petco carry Nature's Miracle and I used to like it til I discovered this product called Get Serious.
It is way better IMO (not just an enzyme, it removes the pheromones) and PetSMart carries it as well.

No problem!! We paid $150 each for Tink and Min to get spayed, and then after going to SpayUSA we only paid $65 for Jazmine! I tell everyone I can about it, it's wonderful...esp. when you're a college student on a tight budget.

Also, keep in mind, once they've started spraying it can become behavioral, so even after they are neutered they may continue to spray. I would make sure you go over the entire house while he's at the vet and make sure you've removed ALL spray spots. Check out the sticky at the top of "Behavior".
Good luck!
