Monster kitten!!!! - anyone else?

We rescued a tiny ~8 week old kitten in September. He was quite small for his age and we thought that he was probably younger than 8 weeks. The vet agreed that he was probably 8 weeks old (by looking at his teeth) but was just small. However, he had the biggest paws of any kitten I have ever seen. Now, at a little over 4 months, he weighs a whopping 7 lbs (when we took him to get neutered... that's more than my 2 year old kitty Token), and his paws are as big as my 14 lb poodle... I was just wondering if anyone else has a kitten around his age, and how much they weigh.

We thought at first that he was a Siamese mix, but now we are starting to think that he has Ragdoll in him because his fur is "rabbit-like" as well as his large size. He is so funny because he still has his tiny little baby teeth and a huge grown up body...

Also, for those of you with Maine Coon or Ragdoll cats, how big were your kittens at this age. I am just trying to get a handle on how big he might be....

When I rescued Smokey he was 5 weeks old and I could link my index finger and thumb around his body. He is now a little over 5 months old. I had him neutered at 4 months and he weighed 7.4 lbs. His paws are very large. I would have to guess that he is probably 8.5-9 lbs now. He is very trim and active!! My vet told me that he is going to be a large cat.

I would say that your cat and mine are about on the same track for size right now.

I honestly can't remember how much Wallace weighed when we got him at 6 months but he was big. We're pretty sure he's a Maine Coone mix. Anyway, He has absolutely huge bunny feet. I love them! His paws are bigger than our dogs and our dog is a 40 pound pooch.

Edison was 9.6 pounds when he was neutered at six months. He also had huge paws.

As soon as I neutered him, however, he seems to just stop growing....

I have a 16 lb FAT male cat, and then Token, who is TINY for a male. So Pancake seems huge... I have always wanted a BIG male kitty, so I have my hopes pinned on him. They are just soooo handsome.

Although I do love Dune's FAT belly, perfect for snuggles and kisses.... and Token is so sleek and Panther-like... Nothing to complain about here my boys are BEAUTIFUL...

LOVE the big orange guy... He is GORGEOUS!!
