Static cling

I was washing the sheets fromt the spare bedroom this morning, as Cabela d'dog has been spending the nights there because of the cold. When I was getting the sheets out of the clothes dryer, Diva Etcetera was wandering around my feet.

Well, I somewhat dragged the sheets over her back, and I could hear the static crackling in them. I put them in the basket and when I turned around, there was Etcetera, with EVERY hair on her body standing straight out. She was calm, and apparently unaware of her condition, but she was all puffed out like a furry blowfish

My little Diva got to sit on my lap for a good brushing session until I was able to sort of groom her back into shape

Your names for your cats and dog(s?) are so unique. How did you come up with them and what inspired you to give him/her that particular name? Also, would you post pictures of them?

Too funny!
Mine always give me an irritated look when they come up to sniff me and get a shock - like it was my fault.
