Don't know what's wrong with my cat

My cat has spent the last 3 days at the vet's surgery after a seizure on Boxing day. They have done blood tests, x-ray but don't know what's wrong with her. I been cheking the internet and from what I have read it looks like an epilepsy seizure. A month ago something similar happened to her but she recuperated very fast. She was as always, playing, running...but what it really worries me now is that her forelegs cross when she walks and she has a kind of tic on her face.I have to keep her inside a cage because my vet doesn't want her to exercise too much. I have her with me for the New Year's Bank Holiday and have to take her back to the vet's first thing on Tuesday morning.

Has anybody else come across something like this?
I would really appreciate your comments

My father had a cat with the similar symptoms you described. I cannot remember too many details but I do know that the vet did have the kitty put on a tranquilizer. This did greatly reduce his activity level but the siezures were greatly reduced as well.
