Program and Advantage??

I have a neighbour with outdoor cats who is giving them both Advantage AND Program. Sounds like over-kill to me and potentially dangerous?? Any ideas?

It's two different active ingredients, and different methods of administration, so I suppose she thinks it's OK. I dunno. I agree with you. I think it's overkill and possibly dangerous. If one or the other isn't working well enough, I think she should try ONE different product instead of multiple products.

went to our vets today with are two new kittens and asked her your question and was told that mixing the two together is not recommended and could cause side affects. Some cats can't tolerate one of the mentioned letalone two.

Thank you so much for checking with your vet. That's great. Hopefully she'll listen if it comes from a vet!
