building a cat run

we have just been given a big shed by a member of the public we are going to turn it in to a day cat run and emergancy pen. We are putting a run on the front so they can go in and out with heating on the inside just wondering if any one has any ideas of what else i can do?

I have Cat Play Cubes and a kids play tunnel that have been very popular around here.

I also attached a shelf board to all the windows I could because a bow window is not in the budget.

I also use baskets around the house for them to sleep in.

You may want to also build some furniture to climb on, not too high, but you can also wrap rope around a wood pole glueing it as you go to make a scratching post.
