Ullu hissing at Buddy after baths

We have 2 male cats...Ullu and Buddy. Ullu we've had for about 7 months and he was about 4 months old at the time. Buddy has been with us for about 2 months and he's about 5 months old right now. A couple of weeks ago we found out that buddy and Ullu both have ringworm. So we've been giving them baths and treating them with what the vet gave us. Ever since the treatment began, Ullu has been hissing at Buddy after his bath and it lasts for at least a day. It doesn't matter if we give them baths on different days or back to back, as soon as buddy is back in the room he gets hissed at by Ullu. I'm assuming it's because his scent changes after his bath. but even when they are both given baths back to back and they smell the same as each other buddy still gets hissed at by ullu. Ullu won't have anything to do with buddy for at least a full day after that. If anyone has any suggestions or any insight it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it's scent, but it's not only because they smell different, it's because they don't smell like they normally smell. A cat's smell is as individual as our face. When you bath them, their individual smell is temporarily washed off. After their smell is restored by grooming, then they're again recognizable.

Maybe keep them seperated for a day after their baths?
