new tired kitty, just dewormed and given 1st shot...

My new kitty that I just got today then took it immediately to the vet got the first set of shots as well as dewormer. I dont have anything to compare it to behavior wise to know if the cat is usally this tired and lazy or if it is just liek this now. I am just curious to know if there is something wrong. She is 2 months of age and has been outside since birth. She has only used the bathroom once since i have had her and it was diahrea. I have two cats already that i will be introducing to this new one in a few days and want to take all precautions in order to kepp two cats I have now safe. Please write me back with any advice or suggestions.

Several things could be the culprit here...
Change in scenery.
Change in diet.
Worm load and subsequent worming that is killing the worms.
Shots, which sometimes 'depress' the kitty for several days.

If your kitty tested negative for Felv and FIP, and isn't running a temperature, then I wouldn't worry too much. It sounds like your kitty just needs some time to adjust to the new food and living conditions. That really is a lot for a kitten, and 8 weeks really is still a baby.

Since you posted this in Health & Nutrition as well as here, I will lock this one. Please don't cross post in multiple forums.
