Prago Kitty, crazy male

My male cat impregnated my female cat and I have no clue what is considered "normal" behavior when the male and female cats have to share a home after she's pregnant. He has become a very vocal. He meows almost nonstop around the clock and won't stop no matter how you punish him. And now he has taken to grabbing the female by the neck and not letting her go. I know that the female's personality changes when she is pregnant, does the male's change too? Should I worry about his new behavior or should I just keep them separated until after the kittens leave and hope he settles down again then?

The answer to this problem is to get your tom neutered, and to spay the female after the kittens are weaned. He should be neutered asap, as the female can get pregnant almost immediately after giving birth, the record being two days.

Ditto. Neuter him now, her later.

As for behavior changing...
I noticed Shadow was an absolute LOVE with all of the kitties...UNTL...she kittened, then she turned into a defensive devil and I needed to keep everyone seperated for safety. Two doors between her and the other cats. After her kittens were weaned and adopted out, she returned to being a love with all of the other kitties.
