confirmed water loving cat

just before we brought yeti home he was given a bath that he didn't mind in the least, we have seen him play with the water dishes. today cornfirmed a whole new aspect, the other day what happened was put down as fluke or mistake by us.. but my wife just called to tell me the this little monster knows how the water faucets in the bathroom work,, IE HE'S TURNING ON THE WATER!!!!! now i have to figure a way to yeti proof the sink...

I don't know how you would really do that. I think you have to Yeti-proof the bathroom door.

You could get a different type of faucet. One that is different from what you have now. Or different type of knobs on the faucet. Each faucet is slightly different.

Mine loves water too and plays in the bathtub with the drips of water. I'm waiting for the day he turns on the faucet. Then I will just keep the door shut I guess, but then what do I do with the water dish? (it has to be kept in the tub because he splashes it out). Mine flushed the commode once...........

I think I'm winning for a little while , section of pvc sink drain pipe cut off 1/4 down the length, added hole, trimmed ends. we'll see how long this works..
